The dismantling of a school building is not typically thought of as a subject of art, but there is beauty in the mix of destruction and machinery. Twisted rebar, broken masonry, and pneumatic pistons of excavators are mixed with intact school rooms during the disassembly of a middle school. Post-processing that mixes old film effects with crisp digital images was combined to emphasize the history of what this school building represents.
